Connect your client mailboxes
Sign in, authorize the inboxes you look after, and ask Claude about all of them at once.
This is your EfficientAide account, not a Google password. Your administrator will have sent it to you.

1
Authorize each client mailbox
Connected so far
Sign in as the client's mailbox, not as yourself. Use a private window for each one, or Google and Microsoft will quietly reuse the account you are already signed in to.
Repeat for every client. Nothing is ever sent from these mailboxes — drafts wait in the Drafts folder for a person to send.

Add Efficient MCP to Claude
You do this once, not once per mailbox. Copy this address first:
- In Claude, click your name at the bottom left, then Settings.
- In the left sidebar under Customize, choose Connectors.
- Top right, click Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name — type
Efficient Aide MCP. This is just the label you will see in your connector list. - Remote MCP server URL — paste the address above.
- Leave Advanced settings alone. Nothing in there needs changing.
- Click Add, then Connect on the card that appears.
- Sign in with your EfficientAide email and password — the ones you used on this page. Not Google, not the client's mailbox.
The first time you ask Claude something, it will ask permission to use the connector. Choose Always allow so it stops asking on every question.

Start asking
In any Claude chat, try:
Which of my clients has unread mail from the last hour?
Anything urgent across my mailboxes this morning?
Search all my clients for anything from the auditors this week.
Claude only ever sees the mailboxes above. Treat what it tells you as a prompt to look, not the last word.
